Ms. Yoo received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo and her Master of Arts in Psychology from Pace University. She obtained her Clinical Research Coordinator Certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) in 2009. She has been a member of ACRP since 2007 and has previously served as the organization’s Marketing Chair. She has over eight years of research experience in various drug, device and investigator-initiated studies, as well as regulatory management. Prior to joining the NEXT team, Ms. Yoo worked in the Center for Interventional Vascular Therapy (CIVT) at Columbia University, managing carotid protocols, as well as several studies pertaining to coronary devices, imaging, and national registries. She developed an educational program during her time at CIVT addressing the continuing educational needs of the cardiology department. Previously, she was employed at Rockefeller University facilitating research for the Master’s Research Program via the Clinical Translational Science Award (CTSA). Ms. Yoo has also been involved in studies relating to oncology, diabetes, weight loss, and endocrinology studies.
