Mr. Sweet is the Director of Grants and Contracts in the MGH NCTU and has more than twelve years experience managing federal, industry, and foundation sponsored research grants, contracts and clinical trials. He is the key point of contact for the development of budgets, trial contracts, vendor payments, and invoicing. Mr. Sweet is an NCTU Leadership Team Member and an MGH Hospital Champion responsible for disseminating new policies and procedures to the Neurology Research Community. He played a key role in the development of the NCTU's Invoice Generation System (part of the Clinical Trials Management System) used to accurately and efficiently prepare clinical site payments.
