Ms. Steele is a clinical research coordinator in the Department of Neurology with 17 years experience coordinating more than 50 studies in a broad range of neurological disorders. She is a Registered Nurse with a solid background of clinical research management in an academic environment. She has experience with all aspects of clinical research studies including contract negotiation, grant submission, budgeting, recruitment, query resolution, adverse event reporting, site staffing/training/supervision and standard operating procedures. She has developed workflow operations for the neurology department at UM and assists in the training development program for neurology research coordinators to ensure compliance with regulatory policies.
