Crina Frincu, Ph.D., Health Program Specialist

Crina Frincu

Dr. Crina Frincu is a Health Program Specialist in the NINDS Office of Clinical Research. Prior to joining NINDS, she was a Clinical Research Specialist for the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP) at the NCI, where she worked for four years as a Government contractor, providing program and grants administration support for the Investigational Drugs Branch. She came to the NIH as an IRTA postdoctoral fellow in the NIAID Intramural Research Program. She earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Bucharest and received training for her master of science degree from Université de Provence in Marseille. She earned her doctoral degree from Georgetown University and was the recipient of a Christine Mirzayan Science & Technology Graduate Policy Fellowship from the National Academy of Sciences, where she worked with the Committee on Science, Engineering and Public Policy within the Policy and Global Affairs Division.
